Woman suffering from migraine

Chronic Migraine

is a neurological disorder estimated to affect 1% of the population. Chronic Migraine is characterized by having 15 or more headache days per month, with at least 8 being migraine attacks. It is a highly painful and disabling condition. Beyond the intense pain, individuals with chronic migraine may experience more severe aura symptoms and often face additional related health issues.

As someone who also suffers from migraines, I understand the debilitating nature of this pain. That’s why my mission is to help others find relief and freedom from migraines and other headache disorders.

Dr. Cohen offers comprehensive chronic migraine treatment options, including lifestyle changes, medications, procedures, and supplements. He trained at the renowned Jefferson Headache Center, known for handling complex, treatment-resistant headache cases. With extensive experience in chronic migraine, Dr. Cohen’s primary care background enables him to assess and improve factors such as diet, sleep, anxiety, and mood, all of which can impact migraine frequency and intensity.

Dr. Cohen is also skilled in migraine procedures, including:

  • Botox injections

  • Facial nerve blocks (trigeminal nerve)

  • Occipital nerve blocks

  • Trigger point injections

  • Sphenopalatine ganglion blocks

  • Calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) monoclonal antibody injections

  • Neuromodulation
